Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: 22 August 2026

1. Our Commitment

brew ("we", "our", "us") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). brew is an adult dating service and is not intended for, or directed at, anyone under the age of 18. This page sets out the standards we apply, how users can report concerns, and how we respond. It applies to every part of the brew service, including profiles, photos, and private messages.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on brew and result in immediate and permanent removal: • Creating an account if you are under 18 years of age • Uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material in any form • Sexualising, grooming, soliciting, or attempting to make contact with a minor • Impersonating a minor, or presenting yourself as a minor in profile content or messages • Sharing or seeking any content that sexualises minors, including drawn, edited, or computer-generated material • Using brew to facilitate the trafficking, abuse, or exploitation of a child These rules apply regardless of intent, framing, or claimed context.

3. Age Requirement

brew is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Every user provides a date of birth during registration, and accounts that do not meet the minimum age are refused. Where we identify or are notified of an account belonging to someone under 18, we remove that account and delete its associated data. We may act on this without prior notice and without waiting for confirmation from the account holder. The app is rated 18+ across content rating authorities and is distributed to adult audiences only.

4. How to Report

Any user can report a concern directly inside the app. Open the profile of the user you wish to report, select Report, and choose the reason that applies. The available reasons include "Underage user" and "Inappropriate content", and you can add a written description. Reports are sent to our moderation team for review. You may report a user at any point, and you can also remove the match immediately, which permanently prevents any further contact between the two accounts. Concerns can also be raised by email at support.brew@gmail.com. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

5. How We Respond

Reports relating to child safety are treated as our highest priority and are reviewed ahead of other report categories. When a report is substantiated, we: • Remove the offending content • Permanently ban the account, with no right of appeal • Preserve the relevant account data and messages as evidence for as long as is lawful and necessary • Take steps to prevent the same person from creating a further account Our Terms of Service permit us to review messages, profile content, and account activity for moderation and safety purposes, and to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice.

6. Reporting to Authorities

We report child sexual abuse material and credible child safety concerns to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law, including law enforcement in Türkiye and, where relevant, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection agencies investigating these matters.

7. Point of Contact

Questions about these standards, and requests from law enforcement or child protection organisations, can be directed to: support.brew@gmail.com We aim to respond to child safety correspondence promptly.

8. Related Policies

These standards sit alongside our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service available inside the brew app. Where those documents describe our moderation, banning, and data handling practices, those descriptions apply here too.
